Frequently Asked Wedding Questions
Q - How long before I can expect my wedding photos or video?
A - 10 stunning highlight photos capturing your most cherished moments will be made available within the next 4 days. Furthermore, you can anticipate receiving your complete gallery, vividly encapsulating your special occasion within a time frame of 21 to 28 days.
Q - How do you get the editing done so fast? Do you outsource the editing?
A - With my extensive background in real estate photography, I have consistently been required to meet tight time deadlines set by my clients. During the peak of the market, this demand for efficiency honed my ability to deliver exceptional results within a limited timeframe. I meticulously handle all aspects of the editing process to guarantee that the final output maintains the highest standard of quality.
Q - Why do you offer this fast editing?
A- When I found out that many photographers take 6-12 weeks to give couples their wedding photos, it really bothered me. I don't want to make clients pay in advance and then wait 3 months for their pictures. My goal is to provide top-notch photos fast, so you can enjoy and share them sooner.
Q - What is the payment schedule?
A - For packages we take 50% of the fee at contract signing and the remainder due morning of your wedding.
Q - Why do you take fees up front?
A - A fee is paid upon signing the wedding photography agreement because it retains the service for a particular date. In exchange for the retainer, I agree that I will not pursue other work for that particular time period. I reserve the specified period exclusively for you.
Q - How can I trust that you will deliver when I have already given you all the money?
A - If I tried to take someone's money and run, the negative reviews and bad reputation would ruin my name and business, making it impossible for me to get hired again.
Q - Do you watermark images/video?
A - Absolutely not.
Q - How many photos do you edit and deliver?
A - After your wedding, I review and remove blurry or unflattering photos before editing the rest. You might receive 400-1000 photos, depending on the length of your coverage, the number of people at your wedding, and the locations we shoot at.
Q - I remember you taking other photos but I dont see them. Can you edit them and send them?
A - I don’t withhold any quality images. After a wedding, I go through the photos to remove any blurry, test, unflattering, and closed-eye shots. I edit and submit the rest to you.
Q - Another wedding photographer offers 2000-3000 photos from the wedding, why do you offer less than that?
A - The photographer is unlikely to edit each of the numerous photos, especially considering that the 2000 to 3000 count will encompass not just the good ones, but also the blurry and unflattering shots.
Q - How long in advance should I book?
A - Your wedding photography date is not secure till you sign the contract and pay the initial fee (retainer). Booking farther in advance ensures you get the date you want.
Q - Are we required to feed you and your team?
A - You are not required to feed us because I know that is an extra cost for you. But we will not turn down a meal if offered. If no meal is offered we may still take a break to grab something to eat.
Q - Can we split up the second shooter to cover getting ready?
A - Majority of the time we do not split up as we are shooting both video and photos. We can do this by starting with the groom and the groomsmen, getting our essential shots and then spending the rest of the time with the bride before the ceremony.
Q - Are there additional travel fees?
A - My travel zone is very flexible. Let me know where your wedding is happening and I will let you know if there are any fees to go there.
